• Coaching workshop – Nurture Powerful Mindsets and Manifest Your Miracles!
• EFT tapping to release the energetic blocks
• Guided Healing Meditation and Reiki Energy Healing
• Potluck Lunch – Food sharing has always been an excellent community healing practice. We will provide a light lunch and snacks and encourage the participants to bring a small dish they’d love to share, but this is optional.

The circles are followed up by engaging activities to support creating new patterns and staying connected with the community.
